Job Description

I/ Job Description

  • In charge of business development/sales quota
  • Work with BOD to define goals of the sales department
  • Manage KPIs, plans and resources of the department
  • Seek new customers, presentation, negotiation and closing deals
  • Arrange & assign tasks for team members
  • Proactively suggest improvements to develop human resources, improve productivity in the department as well as throughout the company.

III/ Requirement

  • Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (Hungry to earn money).
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Hard-working and self-accountable.
  • At least 05-year experience in Sales (B2B) with a proven track record and 3 year at management level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
  • Background in the IT industry.
